SCREEN is an annual poster competition held in Stockholm (SE). It invites all the swedish top design schools to compete in screenprint design based on a yearly and specific theme. 2016 the theme was borders. I thought about the inviolable border between each individual no matter how close we are. In a flirt with the chinese ying and yang symbol two butts take on the whole surface in red and blue, two often opposed colours. Making use of a bright red paper only one simple print layer of blue was needed to create the posters. Out of 160 contributions and 10 winning posters my design was declared the jury’s favorite. The title is DU/JAG, swedish for YOU/ME and size is 70x100cm.
